Delivery takes approximately 5 - 10 business days for US orders,  9 - 24 days to Canada, Europe and  9 - 28 days to anywhere else in the world. Please allow 2 - 3 days for items to process and ship. Please contact us if you wish to inquire about your order, we are more than happy to help! 

Order Tracking: 
After making a purchase, you will receive e-mail confirmation and be provided a tracking number for your order, which is usually within 48 hours. You will also receive e-mail confirmation of the execution of the transaction within 48 hours from the end of the purchase transaction on the site. 

All products sold on site are sold and shipped with tracking number and product insurance.

Returns:

Packages sent to the wrong address:
Please take great care when entering your shipping address. If the wrong address is provided, the customer is responsible to return the order for store credit or place a new order. The original order cannot be credited unless it is returned to Amplyfe

Orders marked as delivered: 
If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office or DHL courier directly to investigate the issue and file a claim with them. We cannot be held accountable for orders that confirm the order has been delivered to your address.

Orders held by customs and customs fees:
Please understand, any customs delays are 100% beyond the control of Amplyfe. Please kindly wait for the package to be accepted by your customs department. Any customs fees applied are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping delays: 
We are NOT responsible if the order is not delivered by the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 9-14 days to process the shipment and we cannot be held liable for USPS or DHL guarantees. We will NOT refund shipping fees if USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times.


Please note: 
While our main office is in Florida, we have US and international warehouses and depending on inventory, orders with multiple items may ship separately from different locations depending on inventory levels.
